These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Alliance Corporation website and any services we provide in India. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We provide software development, ERP, AI, cloud and related IT services. The scope, timelines, deliverables and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal, statement of work or agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over these terms where they differ.
You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and access to the people, systems and data we reasonably need. Delays in these may move delivery dates and costs.
Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Delayed payments may attract interest and may pause work.
On full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for you passes to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences.
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information secret and use it only for the project. We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We carry out services with reasonable skill and care. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or copy site content without our written permission.
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the signed agreement. On termination you pay for work completed and approved expenses up to that date, and each party returns or deletes the other’s confidential information.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith, failing which it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
